Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to your entry. Please make sure to read them carefully as they contain the important details you need to know!
1.CurlyEllie Limited, Amherst House, 22 London Road (” CurlyEllie” / “us” / “we” / “our”) is the promoter of the prize draw and prize.
2. Entry is only open to legal residents of the UK aged 18 or over excluding employees of CurlyEllie or its affiliated companies and their family members.
3. The promotion will comprise of 2 prizes:

Entry begins on 12/07/23. The closing date/time for receipt of entries is 11:00pm on 19/07/23.
Entries must be received by us no later than the above stated closing dates/times. By submitting an entry, you are entering the prize draw and accept these terms and conditions.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw (including these terms and conditions) without notice, but only where it’s necessary for us to do so. Any changes to the prize draw will be published at https://www.curlyellie.com
5. These terms are governed by the laws of England.
How to enter and prize detail
6. Entries can be made through the following routes:
a) Facebook - By visiting CurlyEllie Facebook page and by commenting on the prize draw posts.
b) Instagram - By visiting CurlyEllie at www.Instagram.com and doing the following on any of the prize draw posts (see point 3).

7. You don’t have to buy anything to enter. You can enter a maximum of 2 times, this is achieved by entering on Facebook and Instagram. Only one entry per social media channel will be entered into each prize draw. If more than one entry is made on an individual social media site per prize draw, only your first entry will be counted.
8. Your entry is received at the time we receive it. Incomplete, invalid or incorrect entries or entries received after each closing date will not be accepted or counted. We may disqualify any entrant who engages in unlawful or improper conduct. Any comments will be rejected, removed from the site and/or will not be entered in, to the prize draw if those comments (i) refer to a competitor (ii) refer to a complaint or negative service (iii) refer to illegal, sexually explicit or morally offensive behaviour (iv) are inappropriate and don’t relate to the prize draw theme.
9. The prize consists of a Mini Works.
How the winner is chosen
10. We won’t use our magic wand to choose a winner this time! Instead, each winner will be selected at random from all eligible, correctly answered entries, by a random generator.
11. One winner will be randomly chosen and notified by 20/07/23.
12. We’ll give the winner the good news by contacting them on the platform that their entry was chosen as the winner.
13. We will do our best to contact the winner. If we can’t or the winner hasn’t accepted the prize within 5 days of being notified, another eligible entry will be selected from the original entries and declared the winner.
14. If you are the winner, CurlyEllie may disclose your details to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
If you win
15. If you win, we will give you instructions on how to redeem your prize when we notify you.
16. We may ask the winner to participate in reasonable promotion and publicity (in media and social media) around the prize winner.
17. We may ask you to provide proof of identity, residency, and age so that we are sure you are who you say you are and are eligible to receive the prize.
18. You can’t exchange the prize for cash. We will use reasonable efforts to award the prize as described but if due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to do that, we’ll substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value.
What happens to my entry
19. We will only use the personal information provided to us during this promotion to conduct the promotion and award the prize.
20. We will keep your personal information in accordance with easyJet holiday’s privacy policy at https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays/info/privacy-policy
What else do you need to know
21. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in association with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to CurlyEllie and not to Facebook, and you completely release Facebook from any claims in relation to this prize draw.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible to win. Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted.
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to CurlyEllie and not Instagram, and you completely release Instagram from any claims in relation to this prize draw.
